Place the end of the hole in the center of the damaged screw and the tool in the unscrewing position (counterclockwise), apply pressure and use a low rotation speed. 
If you ever encounter difficulty extracting, re-drill the damaged screw (you can do this up to 3 mm depending on the screws) and repeat the operation. 
After extracting the damaged screw, you may have difficulty separating it from the drill bit to extract the damaged screws, in this case remove it from the tool and use pliers.
