Take a new mask out of its packaging. The top of the mask is the rigid part which adapts to the shape of the nose. Place the white side of the surgical mask on your face and the blue side outwards. 
It should cover your nose and mouth! Place the elastics behind your ears to keep it in place properly. Before removing your surgical mask, wash your hands again. Remove the mask starting with the curls. ÉAvoid touching the front part of the mask as it may be contaminated. Throw it in the trash and wash your hands one last time.
 Preserve the environment, do not throw your used masks into nature or on public roads.
