Sirmontagu was born from a meeting between two people passionate about excellence, Arnaud Wolstein, a rigorous artisan of the vineyards, and myself, a music lover of well-being, driven above all by the desire to shake up standards, offer a sensory experience and bring a different breath to wine. Each bottle is the fruit of authentic know-how, a rigorous selection of the best terroirs and constant demands in terms of grape processing.
