Aroma di Puglia is the brand that represents the production tradition of the Tenuta Antico Leccio agricultural company; an ancient manor farm from the 19th century transformed in 2003 into a characteristic family-run farmhouse with the transformation and marketing of typical Apulian products.
We are in Gioia del Colle, in the heart of Murgia Barese, halfway between the Adriatic and Ionian seas. Our territory boasts important productions such as Primitivo wine, DOP mozzarella and Ferrovia cherries.
On our estate we grow railway cherries with love, select and transform the best raw materials, all from Puglia. Preservatives, dyes and pectin are banned from our production.
Our products tell stories of tradition and authenticity of Apulian flavours.
Our jams are made with fresh fruit harvested in the fields of our company or carefully selected from the best local producers, preserving the authentic flavors of Puglia and, like all typical Apulian products, they tell stories of tradition and genuineness of flavours!
