Socorsu was born in 2017 with the aim of transforming fruits from farming. From the start of the adventure, we produced jams first of melon then of clementine, but it was quickly that we understood the obviousness of making liqueurs! First of clementine then then of lemon and it is only afterwards that the liqueurs range developed ... cherry, mint, aromatic herb, citron myrtle ... all the fruits being produced directly on the operation. A wide range of products are now available for sale such as flavored salts, oils, multiple jams and many other products.
