Rosé wine vinegar with ginger is the result of a long-standing partnership between Socrate and the Beaune vinegar factory to which we give our ginger spent grains after producing juice for our ginger beer. This artisanal vinegar was then aged in oak barrels for several months. It thus reveals all the subtlety of the aromas of ginger and invites you on a journey.
