SOIF (Spirits of Unquestionably French Origin) begins with a meeting between Fred, Jérôme and Pierre-Olivier. All three come from the world of wine, lovers of good products to drink and eat, the original idea is the classic “What if we made our own gin?”.
THIRST was therefore initially a somewhat selfish adventure of three friends who wanted to produce and drink exactly their ideal gin. What should have remained in a shed at the bottom of a garden in Médoc finally saw the light of day after more than a year of testing, now with the ambition of offering our recipe to other consumers.
We worked on it so passionately that it now seemed unfair that our gin never left this shed. Its atypical freshness, its great drinkability, its unique aromas and its 100% artisanal production method make it unique... At least for the three of us, it sure is! Soif Le Gin is our first product, but without a doubt the beginning of a great adventure.
