Soleia are artisanal liqueurs, made from organic fruits from the Côte d’Azur region.
The taste quality lies in the use of natural ingredients, which have not undergone any treatment, from this terroir. With 1 kg of fruit per litre of alcohol, the liqueur has an alcohol content of between 36% and 40%. Less sweet than other liqueurs, it is the pure expression of these excellent fruits.
The fruits come from Menton, Vallauris, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
