It is in my artisanal chocolate factory, in the heart of the Ardèche, that I handcraft raw chocolate bars (from raw, unroasted cocoa beans). I work with rare and ancestral varieties (criollo, nacional, …), to offer you a unique, organic chocolate, as close as possible to its origins. Committed to the bean-to-bar movement (chocolate from bean to bar), enjoy a truly artisanal chocolate, without additives, respectful of the planet and of people.
