BBQ Wild Alaska Organic Spice - 120 ml jar

We developed Wild Alaska for all fish lovers. The spice blend is specially designed for salmon, but goes very well with all types of fish and can even be used for poultry. Used as a rub (dry marinade), the mixture forms a thin, crispy caramelized crust on fish or meat. Coriander, fennel and lovage give this blend a light anise flavor. Coconut blossom sugar gives it a pleasant sweetness and a slightly caramelized crust.
