The Café de Paris blend is a great classic of French cuisine, originally from Geneva, contrary to what its name suggests. Paris coffee butter/sauce became famous as an accompaniment to grilled beef. However, this blend is much more versatile and goes well with vegetables, especially potatoes, asparagus and other root vegetables, as well as fish. Our blend is an elegant combination of paprika, parsley, coriander, onions, turmeric and cumin, with a note of coconut blossom sugar, mace and garlic.
