Organic vanilla sugar in a glass jar 120 ml

Our vanilla sugar is made from Demeter beet sugar (from the Sonnenhof farm in Wolpertshausen, Germany) and 10% real Bourbon vanilla. It has a dark color and is distinguished from light vanilla sugar produced with synthetic vanillin. Vanilla gives our sugar a rich, seductive aroma and a round flavor in the mouth. It adds a fruity note to hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate) and can also be used in pastries, smoothies or even mueslis. Growing, harvesting and processing vanilla are complex processes and require many years of experience to produce high quality vanilla. Vanilla pods must be harvested at the right time and dried carefully to preserve their aroma. The cultivation of our beet sugar in southern Germany strictly adheres to Demeter guidelines for high-quality, environmentally friendly sugar production.
