Who are we ?
We are two sisters, Solène & Eva, both affected by PCOS.
Insulin resistance, overweight, acne, absence of periods, hyperandrogenism are symptoms that have punctuated our daily lives for years. When we learned that we were affected by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, we did a lot of research and trained ourselves on natural solutions that could help us improve our daily lives.
We also discovered that we were far from alone in the face of this problem, which is why we have joined forces to share our findings with you and provide you with solutions that can help you in turn. This is where SOVA was born! Its goal is to offer alternative and natural solutions and to support women across Europe towards their hormonal well-being.
