SOVI was born from a simple idea: to rethink plant-based drinks to make them healthier, more local and sustainable. As lactose-intolerant consumers, we were frustrated by traditional alternatives: ultra-processed products, made up of 90% water, often imported and generating waste.
We therefore came up with a new format: a plant-based paste to dilute, made in France, from mainly French organic ingredients, without additives, filtration or heat treatment. A 320g jar allows you to prepare 4 liters of plant-based drink, on demand, in less than a minute. This format allows for a 12-fold reduction in waste and the quantity of material transported, as well as limiting food waste thanks to its long shelf life.
Since our launch via an Ulule campaign in 2024, we have developed a complete and delicious range: oats, almonds, hazelnuts, hemp, and special cooking oats.
SOVI is aimed at anyone who wants to offer a quality, locally produced plant-based alternative with a genuine ecological commitment. Today, our products are distributed in organic stores, bulk grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.
