XS bread spice, organic

Our bread spice is a real all-rounder for all bread and roll dough, especially sourdough. It gives the bread a pleasantly spicy taste and, in contrast to the traditional variants, impresses with its finely tuned composition of coriander, mace, cardamom, ginger and other components. As we know from experience, the topic of caraway is on everyone's lips as soon as bread spice is mentioned. In this creation, the proportion of caraway was deliberately kept low so that everyone can enjoy it at breakfast together!
