Zaatar, organic

This traditional, oriental herb and spice preparation with sumac and thyme is an all-rounder in the kitchen. Our Spicebar creation Zaatar impresses with a balanced combination of various organic ingredients, which are rounded off with tiger nut powder. Za'atar is suitable as a topping to sprinkle on any dish, mixed with a little olive oil as an aromatic and spicy marinade for chicken, lamb and beef or as a tasty ingredient in a yoghurt sauce on side rice or couscous, but also as a dip for chips, fries, baguette, flatbread and the like.
