St Petroni is a Spanish aperitif made from albarino, a white grape from Galicia. The Albarino grape variety is considered prestigious by wine experts. The recipe draws its inspiration from the nature of the Galicia region with its 29 botanical extracts including wormwood, rosemary, thyme, sage, sweet orange and hibiscus flower. The taste and aroma of the fields of Galicia, St Petroni Blanc is a vermouth made with the best variety of Albarino grapes. Drink in a wine glass, with ice cubes and a green Padron pepper.
