Hello, My name is Thomas, founder of Spirits Explorer, an independent bottling company dedicated to promoting Norman spirits. After 17 years in the restaurant business, I decided to follow my passion for spirits, which led me to explore the Normandy region, meet local distilleries and collaborate with passionate artisans. My goal is to promote the richness of our Norman heritage through unique taste experiences, highlighting the know-how and authentic flavors of this exceptional region
My ambition is to introduce as many people as possible to spirits that are both authentic and eco-responsible, from short circuits and made with carefully selected ingredients.
