First, the aromatic plants are infused in wheat alcohol before distillation (Benett), then the steam passing through a basket of aromatic plants helps to concentrate the flavors and bring an additional dimension to the gin (Carter). This maximized combination of flavors offers a perfectly balanced gin, with powerful and complex aromas.
