This pastis takes root in the Siena Valley, where wild herbs meet the breath of the sea. Anise settles in gently, enveloped in clear infusions, discreet aromatics and vegetal warmth. The plants macerate slowly in pure alcohol before being distilled over low heat in a small copper still. It keeps track of the place, between cool shade and light filtered through the foliage.
