Off to the next generation of viticulture. Since 2016, anti-authoritarian (wild), fungus-resistant (strong) vines of the next generation have been growing in our wild & strong vineyard - Cabernet blanc and Sauvignac (formerly Cal 6-04). The result in the glass: A dry wine experience with a harmonious balance between exotic fruit and vegetable flavor. Approved and sealed by the footprint of the next generation of winemakers.
