Over the rainbow PetNat

Time for a new Stairs n' Roses experiment: In the middle of the fermentation process, we bottled our virgin wine made from the two sustainable, fungus-resistant grape varieties Souvignier gris and Hibernal. 

The result after fermentation is complete: an unfiltered, naturally cloudy, fruity-fresh-invigorating, sparkling PetNat (Pétillant Naturel). 

Typically Stairs n’ Roses – somehow different and incredibly exciting!   For Leonel and Star over the Rainbow as well as our earthly children Julius and Konstantin.
