Sweet offspring in the Stairs n ’Roses family: The manual work in the steep Stairs n’ Roses vineyard in the Lösnich Försterlay bears sweet fruit. Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor deliberately harvest their joint vineyard in a state of perfect sweetness-acid balance and thus tickle out the special minerality and fruit of the Moselle slate. Typical for the Moselle, the spontaneous fermentation ends with a little more natural residual sweetness - a sweet dream comes true!
