The idea of distilling their own spirits came to the two school friends Dirk and Andi in a social gathering in 2016. Driven by the passion to bring traditional spirits into a modern context, the decision to found the spirits company "Steiger Spirits" was made shortly afterwards. But why risers? Mining is deeply rooted in the friends' homeland, North Rhine-Westphalia. For miners, the Steiger is a myth: he is the honest and straightforward buddy who can always be relied on. Based on those characteristics, Steiger Spirits is not only the brand for real KUMPEL, but also for everyone who knows how to enjoy an honest drop. Korn, the miners' clear gold, was the first to take its place in the Steiger Spirits range. Since then, six more spirits have been added to offer customers a diverse selection of characterful and high-quality spirits for every occasion. Each product is unique and convinces with uncompromising quality.
