For the brandy, our distiller Erich only distills sun-ripened Williams Christ pears, which he grows himself. The natural ripening of the pears and the freshly harvested processing give our “Willi” its intensely fruity aroma. The schnapps is 100% natural and is made in Baden-Württemberg.
