Creating special sparkling wines in harmony with nature, which authentically reflect the region and stand out from the rest – that was the goal Tim Weißbach and Isabel Strauch-Weissbach set themselves when they founded the traditional sparkling wine cellars Dalbergerhof, the business of Isabel Strauch's parents , together in 2011 - Weißbach, took over and founded the STRAUCH sparkling wine manufactory. The organic cultivation of around 25 hectares of vineyards with the best locations Osthofener Goldberg, Osthofener Liebenberg and Mettenheimer Michelsberg is an important part of this.
