Gradually add the vegetable broth and cook for about 15 minutes. (or according to recipe). At the end of cooking, stir the risotto in a closed pot for a few minutes before serving. For other preparations: You can use it in many different preparations, with pasta, cereals or couscous, omelettes, savory pies, etc. Soak the vegetables and flowers in a little hot water.
