(from organic cultivation) SHELF LIFE: 24 months NET WEIGHT: 40 g CERTIFICATION: Organic product from EU agriculture. -- HOW TO USE? -- for 2 people: • about 5g of WOWSABI powder (1 teaspoon) • water to taste In a small bowl, add a small amount of WOWSABI powder. Add water slowly and mix until you reach a creamy consistency. Leave to rest for 2/3 minutes. Serve as an accompaniment to dishes. Other suggestions for use: WOWSABI has the pungent and spicy notes typical of Japanese wasabi, thanks to the field herbs in the recipe, however, it leaves a fresh and aromatic aftertaste on the palate. It goes perfectly with Sushi, raw or grilled fish. Also try it with red meat, tenderloins or boiled meats.
