The Sud Saveurs cannery has been a family business since 1992, located under the gentle sun of Provence halfway between the Mediterranean Sea, mountains and lavender fields. It is in this region that we have developed our products. Our authenticity comes from our original recipes handed down by our grandmother, prepared with respect for Provençal traditions. This delicious range of seafood and Provençal products has made an impression on the minds as well as the taste buds. The name SUD SAVEURS refers to our terroir, our craftsmanship and local flavors... Our recipes are prepared with raw materials rigorously selected by us, in order to have good quality ingredients for an unforgettable flavor. . It is in the purest tradition that we manufacture our emblematic products, fish soup and rock fish soup. Our recipes are guaranteed without any chemical binder or preservative; exclusively cooked with small whole fish caught directly from the Mediterranean from the Marseille auction without intermediaries, flavored with spices, olive oil and saffron.
