Barker & Quin Light & Heart Tonic (incl. €0.25 deposit)

The light at heart tonic from B&Q is a consistent light or dry version of the Indian tonic. This tonic is also 100% sweetened with cane sugar of the highest quality, just with a much lower proportion. Again, no sugar substitutes or sweeteners are used - Barker & Quin is pure nature. In addition, a freshness and acidity from grapefruit, lemon and oranges. The whole thing is rounded off with notes of cardamom, star anise and juniper berries. These give the tonic its pleasant flavor and a slightly sharp twist. All in all, a pleasantly dry tonic water that tastes not just dry, but refined and provides refreshment without feeling guilty ;-)
