Our black olivade is a blend of black olives, lemons and capers that has character. Without anchovies for a milder taste.   It is used as an aperitif on toast and also in cooking. It also lends itself wonderfully to sun tarts.,quiches and cakes. Our black olivede is also one of our best sellers because its taste is less pronounced than that of black tapenade and therefore appeals to a wider audience.
