Mixed wild mushrooms

Mixture of 4 varieties of dried wild mushrooms: ceps, trumpets, chanterelles, mousserons. Directions for use: Rinse and rehydrate the mushrooms for 10 minutes in lukewarm water, or directly to the pan with a glass of water or broth and a knob of butter. Cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered and over low heat, until they have regained their suppleness and were slightly colored. Add a little liquid in progress cooking if necessary. The mushrooms from Supersec are organic, vegan and gluten-free.
