Pimento is chilli pepper, its a powerful crisp flavour and it can pack a punch, not so much you need to ice your tongue afterwards, but because Superbon use a natural and organic seasoning, the flavour is warm, quite hot but not too hot to handle or leave a long and lingering aftertaste, I think its flavour power is about 7 to 8 out of 10, its super!
