Organic Shortbread Cookies with Cantal AOP - 100g

Our new range of gourmet savory biscuits is prepared less than 150km from the wheat field, by our producer Alain in Vienne (86). Their texture of real homemade shortbread is obtained thanks to the right balance between: local flour, pastry butter and fresh eggs. Ultra gourmet, the dough is sprinkled with generous pieces of Cantal AOP to give the cookies a good cheesy taste. They are then detailed in small rectangles to dip at will in our Fine Vegetable Creams.
