Organic Shortbread Cookies with 3 Peppers - 600g

Our new range of gourmet savory biscuits is prepared less than 150km from the wheat field, by our producer Alain in Vienne (86). Ultra gourmet, their texture of real homemade shortbread is obtained thanks to the right balance between: organic flour and Grana Padano PDO, pastry butter and fresh eggs. For a seasoning of character, the dough is sprinkled with generous bursts of pink berries and black and white peppers with fruity notes. They are then detailed in small rectangles to dip at will in our Fine Vegetable Creams.
