Pontivy Potato Crisps with Guérande Salt - 100g

Essential for the aperitif, our artisanal crisps are prepared less than 100km from the potato field, by Brewen located in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande in Loire-Atlantique (44). To sublimate the Lady Claire de Pontivy potato, we worked with Brewen, on a thick cut, traditional cooking in a cauldron then just seasoning with Guérande salt. Result: generous, tasty and crispy perfectly seasoned chips.
