Our new range of low-cost cured meats is prepared from pork sourced close to the workshop in France or on the Spanish border and is cooked by our Master Artisan butcher Hervé in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65). Our Pure Pork Chorizo is spicy but mild and not too spicy with just the right seasoning. It is very dry. In the mouth, we find a beautiful balance which highlights the taste of matured meat. Its 200g format is suitable for 2 to 3 people, a pleasure as an aperitif!
