Fine Organic Eggplant Cream - 500g

Our Fine Organic Eggplant Cream is cooked by our producer Éric, in Vaucluse (84). Prepared from organic eggplants from Spain (while waiting for the return of Eggplant from Provence), we cook them fresh. They are then seasoned with lemon, subtly dosed for acidity, and with rapeseed oil and extra virgin olive oil which brings a beautiful roundness to the mouth. Its creamy texture is to die for: spread or cook without moderation.
