Organic Fine Eggplant Cream from Provence - 90g

Our Organic Fine Cream of Aubergines de Provence is cooked 20km from the eggplant fields by our producer Éric, in Vaucluse (84). Prepared from organic eggplants, sourced exclusively in Provence, we cook them fresh. They are then seasoned with lemon, subtly dosed for acidity, and with an extra virgin olive oil which brings a nice roundness in the mouth. Its creamy texture is to die for: spread or cook without moderation!
