Smoked Tuna Rillettes - 500g

Our new range based on smoked fish is prepared on the island of Yeu in Vendée (85), by Quentin in the last cannery on the island, once the leading tuna port in France. Our Smoked Tuna rillettes are prepared from Albacore White Tuna from Vendée and Breton fishermen. In the mouth we find the authentic taste of cold smoked tuna with beech wood combined with the cream which gives our rillettes an ultra melting texture to die for.
