Smoked Tuna and Pork Rillettes - 500g

Our new range based on smoked fish is prepared on the island of Yeu in Vendée (85), by Quentin in the last cannery on the island. A traditional recipe from the Ile d'Yeu, our Smoked Tuna and Pork rillettes are prepared from Germon White Tuna from Vendée and Breton fishermen and French pork for a subtle harmony of land and sea flavors. Smoking tuna gives character to our rillettes while the pork brings generosity and an ultra-melting texture to die for.
