Find in this delicious cream, 60% olives, 15% dried tomatoes, a little olive oil, garlic and spices… That's all! A variant of the famous tapenade. Tomatoes candied in the oven add a touch of sweet acidity. Unlike tapenade, this spreadable appetizer is vegan. Made in Provence, in a traditional way and without additives!
