Thoionade 180g - Aperitif cream made from tuna

Surprising, the thoïonade made from a subtle mixture of crushed olives combined with tuna crumbs, lightly spiced with basil and lemon zest. Thoïonade is ideal to spread on our aperitif breads, or to serve with vegetable sticks as an aperitif. It can also be used as a base in a savory tart or large tartine for an aperitif-dinner. Made in Provence. Also available in 90g format.
