Surprising, the thoïonade is made from a subtle blend of crushed olives combined with tuna crumbs, lightly seasoned with basil and a hint of lemon zest. Thoïonade is an ideal aperitif spread to spread on our aperitif breads, or to serve with vegetable sticks as an aperitif.
