Pink berries

Pink berries are less pungent than a pepper, they flavor and enhance salads, beets or fish sauces with their sweet flavor. These pink berries also go perfectly with fresh goat's cheese, or pan-fried green vegetables. Originally from Brazil, these pink berries grow on a tree sometimes called a false pepper tree.
