Extra virgin olive oil from Crete, Agalma Sitia is a blend of carefully selected artisanal oils produced in the Pediada region in the center of the island. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for growing olive trees, particularly the Psisolia cultivar: maximum sunshine in summer, refreshing winds blowing from the Aegean Sea, and water reserves from the mountains above for irrigating the olive trees. This produces a green, fruity oil, creamy with an aroma of artichoke and almond, very slightly bitter, light and easy to digest. It can be eaten with salads, in pastries and fried. This oil is bottled in 50 cl bottles on demand, a guarantee of true freshness.
