Asciano Olive Oil is a family oil: transmitted from generation to generation, the estate is managed by Maria Teresa and Paola Asciano, who cultivate more than 17,000 olive trees on 70 ha. The century-old olive trees of the farm bear witness to the historical roots of the farm, which has been producing oil for 800 years. This wonderful olive grove allows the production of an exceptional oil based on passion, culture and tradition. On the palate, Asciano oil presents an intense and very vegetal attack completed by fruity and floral jasmine notes. This characterful oil with a thick texture will sublimate your raw or cooked summer vegetables, antipasti or even a plate of cheese. The olives are pressed in the strictest tradition, using the most natural methods possible: sustainable agriculture, exclusively mechanical processes, cold extraction, no filtration.
