MIX OF 3 PENJA PEPPERS

This mixture is an association of white pepper, black pepper and freeze-dried green pepper. Full-bodied mix to use on grilled meats or fish. Penja pepper, originally from Cameroon, is an extremely famous pepper, which however remains relatively rare. Its culture has remained very traditional, everything is harvested by hand twice a year. In 2013 Penja pepper obtained the very 1st African IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). It is the second pepper to obtain this title, just after the Cambodian Kampot pepper. Origin: Cameroon
