Mustard flavored with herbs from the maquis, a blend concocted in Corsica composed of thyme, rosemary, myrtle, wild thyme, marjoram and bay leaf, with sweet and aromatic flavors. This mustard with character, is used to flavor grilled meats and fish. It will also sublimate your marinades for cooking a la plancha.
