White Kampot Pepper

Original pepper from Cambodia, Kampot pepper is a great pepper reference. Kampot pepper, originating from the province of the same name in southern Cambodia, was the first Cambodian agricultural product to obtain an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) in 2010. This testifies to the greatness and quality of this exceptional pepper. This Kampot pepper is picked at full maturity after manual picking, the fresh pepper berries stay in water for several days, then are stripped of their envelope (pericarp) and then dried in the sun. Like all white peppers, this grand cru exhales animal notes and a rather vegetal and herbaceous bouquet. This raw Kampot pepper can be used in many culinary contexts (vegetables, fish, white meats).
